Over de auteur

Na bijna 20 jaar in de wereld van marketing, communicatie, marktonderzoek en de organisatie van bijeenkomsten, stapte Theo Braam over naar de arbowereld, een kleine drie jaar later gevolgd door een duik in de wereld van de woningbouwcorporaties. Hier houdt hij zich bezig met bewoners en leefbaarheid in wijken. Daarbij ligt de focus vooral op wijkcultuur en het (re)activeren van de betrokkenheid van bewoners. Naast deze werkzaamheden runt hij sinds 2000 zijn eigen bedrijf Eyeopener onderzoek & organisatie. In dat zelfde jaar is hij ook gestart met het opzetten van de website Mens Centraal in Organisaties. Een initiatief dat in mei 2007 werd gevolgd door BrainQuest.
